How it works

What is open now?

You can create an account, apply to sell, upload listings and browse approved products. Payments, orders and paid promotion are not open. An order preview does not reserve stock or create an order.

Who can sell?

Students, independent vendors and businesses are welcome. The four application steps are secure account, identity details, shop details, and review with activation. Verify your email and enable an authenticator before submitting. Provide your legal name, accurate contact details, location and service area. An administrator must record a manual identity check before approving a shop, then review its listings. Do not submit NIN, BVN or identity-document images. If verification is unavailable, save your draft and return later. Review is not a guarantee of a seller’s identity, product quality or delivery.

Seller agreement and listing history

Before submitting a seller application, read the seller terms, check the agreement box and type your full legal name. We record the signed name, terms version and acceptance time. Product edits require review. Deleting a product removes it from the marketplace and the seller’s collection; administrators retain prior versions and deletion records for moderation and dispute handling while needed. Deletion does not remove obligations from earlier dealings. Read the seller terms below.

Listings and fulfilment

Use your own accurate photos and descriptions. Disclose used-item condition and defects. For services, describe the scope, appointment arrangements and what the listed price includes. Specify a public pickup point, delivery coverage and any fee. Keep stock and prices current. Changes to shop details or listings require another review.

Fees and promotions

Basic listings are free. The proposed commission is 5% of the completed sale’s item subtotal, excluding delivery. Payment-provider charges will be confirmed before checkout opens. You can express interest in promoting an approved listing, but no promotion is purchased or charged at this stage. Promoted placement will be labelled and will never bypass seller or listing review.

What you may list

List legitimate products and services you have the right to sell. Do not list stolen or counterfeit goods, weapons, illegal drugs, prescription medicines, adult sexual services, personal data, leaked examinations or work intended for academic cheating. Do not upload another person’s private details, misleading claims or content you lack permission to use.

Payments and disputes

The planned checkout will offer the seller’s pickup or delivery options and one seller per order. Holding payments until delivery, payout timing, refunds and dispute deadlines depend on the approved payment provider. These rules will be published before real payments begin. No money is collected or held by this preview.

Your account

Use a unique password and save the recovery code shown at signup. Keep both private. Recovery codes replace email resets during this pilot. Recovery also resets your authenticator and hides your shop until you enable it again. Never share email or authenticator codes. Cart items and saved items do not reserve stock. Session cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days. Read the privacy policy for how account and seller information is used.

To report a listing or discuss a rejected application, contact DIAMII on X with the listing link or shop name. Never send passwords, recovery codes or payment card details.
